Whether you're looking for focused therapeutic treatment or simply time to relax and recharge, every session is customized to your goals. Choose the service that best fits your needs.
Designed for clients experiencing persistent pain, movement restrictions, recurring muscle tension, or patterns that may benefit from more focused, ongoing work.
Therapeutic Massage begins with a more detailed assessment process to help identify patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or restricted movement. This may include a postural screen with assessment photographs, movement assessment, gait observation or video, mobility testing, and hands-on evaluation as appropriate.
The information gathered during the assessment helps guide your Precision Therapeutic Plan, so each session can be focused on your individual findings, goals, and response to the work.
Because long-standing tension and movement patterns often develop over time, therapeutic work is generally approached as a series rather than a single session. Depending on your goals and how your body responds, your plan may include approximately 3–10 sessions or more, with reassessment throughout the process to monitor changes and adjust the plan when needed.
Once your primary goals have been addressed, a maintenance plan may be recommended at a frequency that works for you to help support mobility, manage recurring tension, and maintain the progress you’ve made.
May be Helpful for
Chronic or recurring muscle tension
Neck and back discomfort
Shoulder, hip, or joint restrictions
Mobility and movement concerns
Repetitive-use or activity-related tension
Postural or movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort
Clients wanting a structured, goal-focused approach
Designed for clients who prefer firmer pressure or need focused work on areas of persistent muscle tension and tightness.
Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, focused pressure and specific techniques to work with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Rather than simply applying harder pressure throughout the entire session, the depth and technique are adjusted based on the area being addressed and how your body responds.
The goal is to provide effective, purposeful work while allowing the tissue time to soften and respond without unnecessary force.
May be Helpful for
Persistent muscle tension
Tight or overworked muscles
Areas that feel restricted or difficult to relax
Muscle tension related to repetitive activity or physical work
Clients who prefer a firmer, more focused massage
Sometimes the most therapeutic thing your body needs is simply the opportunity to slow down.
Relaxation Massage is designed to provide a calming, restorative experience with techniques chosen to encourage relaxation and ease general muscle tension. While the focus is on relaxation rather than movement assessment, every session is still customized to your comfort and preferences.
Whether you're looking to recharge after a busy week, ease everyday tension, or simply take time for yourself, this session gives you dedicated time to slow down, relax, and recharge.
A good choice for:
